We have a Democracy problem. Nationally, and in most states, our representative democracy is corrupt and dysfunctional. Many across the country are concerned and working to grow a national Democracy Movement dedicated to the idea of repairing the system so it works for everyone not just the wealthy, corporate elite.
The website 'Stand Up 4 Democracy (HERE) deals with this issue, why it is important, and what we can do about it. We all need to move from concerned citizens to Stand Up 4 Democracy Activists. The hope is to have a dedicated group of informed, involved, and voting activists in all 435 Congressional Districts that are working to repair our representative democratic system so it works for everyone. What a concept - government of the people, by the people, and for the people!
